Delta Dental Insurance Dentist – East Dallas, Texas

Delta Dental Benefits for Affordable Dentistry

Making sure your dental treatment is affordable is one of the most important things we do at Royal Dental in East Dallas. We know that patient polls show that cost is the number one factor that prevents patients from getting the dental care they need, and that’s why we work hard to make dental care affordable for everyone we treat. Processing your dental insurance claims is one of the many ways we keep out of pocket treatment costs to a minimum. We are in-network with many dental insurance providers, including Delta Dental plans. If you’re covered by Delta Dental or any other insurance policies, please let our team know when you call our dental office in East Dallas to schedule an appointment. Our knowledgeable team members will do their utmost to maximize your insurance benefits and minimize the out of pocket costs of dental care.

Delta Dental Coverage & Availability

Depending on the elections you make for your family’s dental insurance benefits, you may receive coverage for a range of dentistry services in our dental office. In order to offer an accurate estimate of dental treatment coverage under your unique benefit plan, we’ll need to review your individual policy. In most cases, you’ll receive 100% coverage for preventive dentistry services like dental checkups and teeth cleanings. Tooth-colored dental fillings and other minor restorative services often receive 70-80% coverage. More advanced dental restorations, like dental crowns, are covered 50-70%. Orthodontics, custom oral appliances, and other dental services may be covered under some dental insurance policies, but we’ll need to review your plan to be sure. In some cases, we may also apply for preapproval from your insurance provider before beginning a more complex treatment to ensure you’re covered.

As an in-network provider with Delta Dental, we have agreed to your plan’s treatment pricing maximums, so you are only responsible for the out of pocket costs of your covered dental services. Out of network dentists may charge fees that fall outside of your plan’s set maximums, which means you’ll need to pay the difference in pricing in addition to your out of pocket treatment costs. While most dental offices do their utmost to charge fees that fall within a dental office’s set pricing, visiting an in-network dentist means you don’t have to worry about it.
